    Frequently asked — Ballard vintage

Where is Bon Voyage Vintage located?
We have two Seattle shops: Pioneer Square at 110 Washington St, Seattle WA 98104, and Ballard at 5334 Ballard Ave NW, Seattle WA 98107. Both are open daily.
Can I pick up an item at either shop?
Yes. Anything listed on the site can be brought to either our Pioneer Square or Ballard location for pickup — just tell us which neighborhood works better for you when you reserve.
Do you buy or consign vintage?
We offer Trade and Consignment by appointment only. Bring pieces to either Seattle shop for a quote once scheduled. We focus on curated lines that fit our Pioneer Square and Ballard aesthetic.
    Do you ship?
We are In-Store Pickup only. We do not offer delivery or shipping. This allows us to maintain the best service for our local Seattle community at our Pioneer Square and Ballard locations.
What eras and categories do you carry?
Curated 1950s–Y2K vintage clothing, denim, and band tees. We also feature local jewelry, designers, art, and stickers. You'll find modern handpicked gifts, candles, soaps, greeting cards, postcards, prints, patches, pins, magnets, and sunnies — refreshed weekly at both shops.
Why is this site called the real Bon Voyage Vintage?
We named this site TheRealBonVoyageVintage.com because a cybersquatter registered our domain and is scamming our customers with phony online sales. We call this site The Real Bon Voyage to warn our customers that there is someone out there pretending to be us and we're not able to do anything about it.
Are you the original Bon Voyage Vintage?
Yes — this Bon Voyage Vintage was established 2010 in Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood. We are the Real Bon Voyage Vintage, someone else registered the domain out from under us, using our name and reputation but not our level and quality of service. Both Pioneer Square and Ballard shops are owned and operated by the original team.
